1) DO YOU JUST MAKE INVITATIONS?

2) I LIKE YOUR DESIGNS BUT WOULD LIKE A DIFFERENT COLOUR RIBBON/CARD/COLOURED HEART ETC IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes all my designs can be changed to fit in with your personal overall wedding colour scheme. Just email with any queries.

3) I HAVE MY OWN IDEAS FOR MY WEDDING STATIONERY, COULD YOU INCORPORATE MY IDEAS IN A DESIGN?
Yes, my designs are very adaptable and if there is anything in particular you wanted/not wanted just email me with your ideas and we will see what we can come up with. All of the Invitations in the Bespoke Section are made working with previous customers ideas.

4) I WOULD LIKE MY PERSONAL WEDDING DETAILS PRINTED IN MY INSERT. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes, all your details can be printed into your Invitations, that's no problem at all, the only thing i don't print in is your guests names. These are left for you to handwrite in yourself to give it that personal touch. Also if you wanted to use your own verse inside your Invitation you may do this too but please email me a copy of your desired wording first to see if it will fit inside the actual card.

5) I WOULD LIKE TO PLACE A LARGE ORDER. DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Yes i always consider discounts on larger orders and on all orders over £100 FREE GIFT will be included in the cost, these will vary over time.(please email with numbers)

6) HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER AFTER RECIEVING YOUR SAMPLE OF STATIONERY?
You can do this a number of ways. You can just simply get back in touch via email and place your order directly with me. You can fill in the order form enclosed with your sample or you can simply buy direct from the website.

7) HOW LONG ON AVERAGE DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE AN ORDER?
This is completely dependant on the size of your order. If you want an exact time or require your Invitations in a hurry, please email first..
But for example:-
An order of 50 Invitations would take approx 2 days to make up.
An order of 100 Invitations would take approx 3 days to make up.
But no order will take me any longer than 7 days to make up and despatch.

8) WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES AND POSTAGE COSTS?
All of my orders are sent out using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on arrival. This service normally takes 1-2 days for 1st class and 3-5 days for 2nd class to arrive at the postal address provided. My postage costs on all samples are FREE, so the price you see is the price you pay. If you wanted to place an order through the website again Postage and Package is FREE.

9) DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER COST? 
No, you can order as little OR as much as you require, but again if wanting to place a larger order please enquire about discounts first.

10) WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
I currently accept PayPal,(which also accepts credit/debit cards and is a very secure method of payment)
Private Cheques and Postal Orders. But please remember if paying by cheque this will have to clear through the banking system before any order is despatched.

11) DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Not normally but please email before purchasing any Wedding Stationery because if you can offer an alternative British Postal Address i may be able to.

12) DO YOU HAVE A SHOP THAT I CAN VISIT?
Unfortunately not, but if you live within a rough 10 mile radius of Stoke-on-Trent, please email and we can arrange a home visit.

13) WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEN'T ORDERED ENOUGH INVITATIONS AND FIND MYSELF NEEDING MORE?
Firstly don't panic, you can simply order extra without giving me your details again because every insert for every couples Invitation is kept on file for such occasions. Just email with the number of extra Invitations you require.

14) DO YOU MAKE OTHER INVITATIONS BESIDES WEDDING?
Yes i can make all types of Celebration Invitations. Just simply contact me with any enquiry.
